Spa pools, fabulous lunch, excellent breakfast. We were upgraded which was very nice. Good attention to detail. What could be improved: Have been 3 x before and somehow the infinity pool has cooled down. That pool used to be the hottest on the site but other pools are now hotter. Some of the spa jets weren’t working properly. Considering the hotel...

Stunning hotel in the Tuscan countryside. The staff were very polite and helpful, organising a wine tasting tour for me and my wife. The natural pools are warm both indoor and outdoor, truly a relaxing stay.
