The beach here is actually better for families because the water stays calmer, and there’s this little pathway that connects you to the main Ka’anapali Beach Walk if you want more action. Plus, you’re only about ten minutes from Front Street in Lahaina, which beats being stuck way out in Wailea or Kapalua.

The pools are solid — nothing fancy, but they’re well-maintained and the kids’ pool area doesn’t overwhelm the main pool (parents will appreciate this). There’s a restaurant on-site called Pailolo Bar & Grill, though honestly, with those full kitchens, a lot of guests end up cooking at least some meals. The fitness center is decent enough, and there’s a small market in the lobby that’ll save you a trip to town for basics. Parking is included, which… well, it should be, but you’d be surprised how many places on Maui charge for it.
