Borgo Santo Pietro

Simply the best hotel I’ve been to in my life,
The farm to table food is excellent.
The staff is the most welcoming I’ve seen before and the gardens are something from a movie.
The bikes give you the chance to visit the farm and the animals which are very well treated.

The breakfast as well, simply lovely.

What could be improved: I enjoyed everything, I literally cannot think of any area they need assistance with.

The only thing I can say is that everyone expects a tip, but this is normal for luxury hotels and especially more exclusive ones.

It was very beautiful, from the moment you enter you can see the organization of the garden and landscape, the reception staff were professional, the room is big and elegant, as for me I tried the Saporium restaurant and the food was delicious, breakfast was a wonderful experience, there are many activities such as walking in the district or riding Vespa or cooking you can not feel bored in this wonderful place

What could be improved: I couldn’t sleep well because of the scent in the room to make the smell good , it was extra that i had allergie .

The foooooooood is the best but the out door Resturant but the other day dinner it was set menu.. it was so nice but I don’t like small quantity of food in big plate 😂.. not my type.
The room toilets so clean beautiful .

I attend yoga class was amazing. And the spa I did face facial was perfect 👍🏻 their products 👍🏻

The atmosphere and decoration of the rooms and the smell

What could be improved: The staff how they treat us we expect they will guide us to the farm facilities but nothing only they take us to the room then try to ask him he said if you want any information go to the reception and the reception said no you have to go to the concerage, and the congregate staff was not helpful , when I asked her the way to the pool she said go out round about take left then walk you will see it and I did t found the pool area till I leave
After that I went to the cafe I want tea I asked the staff the menu they said we have all kind of tea just say what you want , I ask again I want menu even they didn’t give me the menu !!!
And the first thing when that man guide us to the room he ask for the tips !!!! I am suddenly how he ask me to give him tips I told him why he said because we do heavy work for you we you bags !!!! Actually only 2 small bags only for the night what the heavy work they did ?!!!!
I am not happy because I didn’t see any thing in the farm only the reception and restaurant
