Beautiful design and a very comfortable place to relax. Was lovely being amongst the trees and one of the best hotel gyms we’ve ever had. Loved the gym kit complimentary washing service. Fantastic pillow menu. All the food we had was excellent and very high quality. The outdoor infinity pool was beautiful as was the firepit area.

What could be improved: We didn’t have any treatments but the indoor spa facilities were a little small for the size of hotel. For example only three beds by the pool.
The hotel needs better signage! There’s no way to see the hotel sign on the main road as it’s tiny and covered by foliage. Would also be helpful to have the room numbers more visible. We stayed in room 8 and we couldn’t see the number until we were nearly as the door. Staff were very friendly and helpful but not so attentive. We often had to ask for a menu or for our order to be taken etc. it’s worth noting that the hotel is quite remote so it was 20 min drive to the nearest town and ten minutes to the beach. Also, we were there early November and only one of the three restaurants were open so eating options were limited.

The elegance, the facilities, the food and wine, were all first class.. but what makes this place better than all others is the staff. They were attentive,considerate, hard working, and professional. This property is a touch expensive, but still, good value for the if you appreciate the tranquity amd take part on activities. The food and wine were exquisite. We tried the Fire circle, and it was a marvel!】

What could be improved: The food, the wine section, all the
little touches. Our cabana was comfortable, spotless, and nicely appointed.

what I liked the most was the nature feeling surroundings, the main entrance is magical, the idea to be a house and not a building! I love the cats around, the fireplaces on, many different sofa areas around reception, the vegetable patch! and of course the breakfast was excellent!!!

What could be improved: What I see it can be improved, the spa is really small for so many people capacity (if you have 40 houses...each house with 5 rooms...200 people at the same time (friday night the hotel was full) imagine the spa have 3 beds and 1 sofa!! other opinion we saw is that the living room could be open in each house for the clients, if there's guests that are not willing to share they simply don't go...but the ones that are open to that can have that extra space! Our room was small (35 B)

The hotel is located in the most beautiful pine tree park I've ever seen. It is all about serenity and harmony with nature. The food was exceptional - fresh locally sourced products of highest quality, prepared by great chefs :) I especially recommend trying the Food Circle restaurant.

What could be improved: The room is not comfortable enough if you rent only a room in a villa. The original concept is to rent a whole villa, where you get 3-4 rooms, plus a spacious living room and a swimming pool. But now they rent out only single rooms in the villas, which are not spacious enough and lack some minor conveniences.
