Caribbean Club Resort

Loved having a whole condo to ourselves. We also loved that there were indoor and outdoor pools as well as a beach. With 5 kids there was something for everyone.

What could be improved: The bathrooms/showers in the pool area were not in great shape. The shower in the men’s bathroom didn’t work and the lights were burnt out. The girl’s bathroom had a work shower and lights but no hot water. Also, they were constantly out of pool towels and the office was closed most of the day Saturday.

We loved the fishing poles that our kids could use off the back area and deck. The new renovations were very nice. Washer and dryer worked amazing. Swimming pool area was a bonus. Loved the quiet and serene Lake Delton views and that the cabin was away from the main WI Dells strip but still fairly close to resturants and attractions. Beautiful family friendly cabin.

What could be improved: Needed more hooks to hang up wet clothes. Back and front decks were rather messy and not inviting, we knew we were in the woods but expected it to be a little better kept for an upcoming stay. Need better instructions for how to use the A/C and heat. Thought the thermostat was for the A/C units, but turns out they were for the heaters. Called the front desk to ask but the person that came to help had no idea how to use it either. Luckily we figured out we turned on the heaters and that is why it wasn't cooling down. King size bed did not leave much space to move around it to either side of the bed. The barn door for the master bathroom needs additional privacy, perhaps colored glass or something that couldn't be seen through easily. We received the wrong sheets for the pull out bed, but made do. The large light fixture over the dining table seemed too big for the space and blocked view of the tv while doing dishes. Some of these are personal preference and may not apply to everyone.

I was able to check in early. The front desk person Tammy was very helpful.

What could be improved: Still waiting to receive my invoice since I had early checkout there was not much instruction where to leave key card or how to checkout. Some instruction on check out would be great in future. Other than that I love this place and would definitely come back

I liked the private pool and barely any children...we basically had the place to ourselves...the condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

What could be improved: I had requested a room on the first floor due to mobility issues and was put on the second floor. I struggled with the stairs. When I mention something to the host.All she said was yeah sorry! Not very accommodating at all.

The resort was very cute and quaint and family friendly, which was what we were hoping for. We were impressed by the large room and loved direct private beach access and the pool for our 5 year old to enjoy. The AC was also super powerful which was a great relief from the heat outside. Would stay here again happily!

What could be improved: The towels were small and a little scratchy, the pans were all scratched and we could've used a couple more blankets (though in all honestly we didn't ask the front desk so probably our fault.)
